"Absolutely great experience! I went in originally before I even had my motorcycle endorsement, and asked a few thousand stupid questions. Brandon didn't mind, took the time to answer everything, show me things I was interested in. When I finally got around to buying, he made the process as easy as can be, and Nik in service made delivery, and everything else as easy as can be. Zero pressure, great service. Unfortunately, Indian motorcycles are not yet available for performance upgrades for 2024 models. I had a build deadline that couldn’t be met and the performance upgrades were not available to do in my timeline, which unfortunately led to the cancellation of the purchase. I hope Indian gets their act together and supports their dealers and customers with the type of upgrades that are readily available to all their competitors. Disappointed with the roadblocks!" "Purchased my first Indian Motorcycle from Indian Austin! Brandon and Jason made the process of trading in my Fat Boy for my new Chieftain easy! There was absolutely no pressure to purchase a motorcycle from them. They answered my questions and let me make a decision on whether to trade up or not. Indian Austin has been excellent about communication! Anytime that I call with a question about my bike, parts (for customizing), or service (my first 500 mile oil change) they answer right away and I have never spent a moment on hold!! With the purchase of the Chieftain, I have upgraded the audio, the handlebars, and the exhaust (among several other things). All of that was done quickly and professionally AT Indian Austin! I did not have to seek out an alternative shop to make my bike, my own custom ride! Nik in service has also been "Johnny on the spot" with everything I have asked of him. Before I even signed the deal on my new bike, Nik came up to the showroom and was introduced to me. I worked with Brandon, and he was absolutely fantastic! He wasn't pushy and totally understood. Fast forward to last week when I was randomly looking at used Indian bikes, and found a 2018 Scout. I spoke with Brandon again and he still had the same non-pushy professionalism. I came in and test-rode the Scout and fell more in love with it. The monthly payment was actually less than what I had anticipated and so I "had" to get it. Jason and Nik were great to work with too!
